Terms of Service

This document is a draft — consult legal counsel before Marketplace submission.

1. Service Description

Divna is a web service that lets you create Slack bots from natural language descriptions. You describe what you want, and Divna generates, deploys, and runs the bot inside your Slack workspace.

2. User Responsibilities

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your bot code and configuration. Divna does not claim any intellectual property rights over content you create using the service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Divna platform, including its interface, infrastructure, and underlying technology, is the property of Divna. Your right to use the service does not grant ownership of the platform itself.

5. Limitation of Liability

Divna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from bot behavior, service downtime, data loss, or third-party API failures. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Divna available but do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or Slack API changes may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Termination

You may stop using Divna at any time by uninstalling the app from your Slack workspace. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon uninstall, bot data is preserved for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Divna after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the application.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Divna operates. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
