Privacy Policy

This document is a draft — consult legal counsel before Marketplace submission.

1. Data We Collect

Slack workspace ID — to identify your workspace and scope your bots.
Slack bot token — to send messages and respond to commands on your behalf.
Bot code and configuration — the TypeScript code and settings you create.
Chat messages with the AI agent — your prompts and the agent's responses during bot creation.

2. How We Store Data

All data is stored in an SQLite database on a self-hosted VPS (DigitalOcean). Data is not replicated to other locations. Access is restricted to the service operator.

3. Data Retention

Your data is retained while the app is installed in your workspace. If you uninstall Divna, your data is preserved for 30 days (to allow re-installation), then permanently deleted.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

OpenRouter processes your chat messages with the AI agent to generate bot code. Chat content is sent to OpenRouter's API; bot code and Slack tokens are never shared with OpenRouter. See OpenRouter's Privacy Policy.

No other third parties receive your data. We do not use analytics or tracking services.

5. Data Security

Slack tokens are stored securely. Bot code runs in an isolated Deno sandbox with restricted permissions. HTTPS is enforced for all connections.

6. Your Rights

You can delete any bot and its data at any time from the dashboard.
You can uninstall Divna to trigger full data deletion (after 30-day retention period).
